Eastgate Culture

At Eastgate, Jesus is at the center of everything we do.

Our Sundays are welcoming, relaxed, and authentic. You won’t find shame or condemnation here—just people who know they need God’s grace. We’re not worried about how you’re dressed or your background. Our church family is made up of imperfect people with every kind of story.

No matter what you’ve experienced or what questions you have about God, Eastgate is a place where you can discover the love, grace, and forgiveness found in Jesus.

And as we grow together, we encourage one another to believe in Christ, belong in community, become more like Jesus, and be sent to live out His mission in the world.

What to Expect

Every Sunday @ 11am

Every Sunday @ 11am - 75 min

We are thankful that you are considering worshiping with us at Eastgate Baptist Church. Here’s what you can expect when visiting the Worship Gathering:

Worship Through Song

Worship at Eastgate is meant to be experienced together. One of the primary ways we worship the Lord is through singing—lifting our voices in praise and gratitude to God.

Our music is best described as contemporary in style while remaining deeply rooted in Scripture. Because of the rich heritage of our church, you will often hear updated arrangements of both traditional and modern hymns. Our goal is simple: to sing songs that are biblically grounded and centered on Jesus Christ. Check out some of our favorite worship songs here.

Worship Through Giving

Giving is one of the ways we worship and express gratitude to God for His provision. During our service we give tithes and offerings as a portion of what the Lord has entrusted to us.

If you consider Eastgate your church home, we encourage you to give faithfully as an act of worship. If you are visiting with us, please feel no obligation to give—we are simply grateful you are here. You can give during the service or anytime through the giving portal on our website.

Worship Through Message

The central part of our worship gathering is the preaching and teaching of God’s Word—the Bible.

Our pastor seeks to faithfully explain Scripture in a way that strengthens believers and clearly proclaims the good news of Jesus Christ. Each message is designed to help us understand God’s Word and apply it to everyday life. If you would like to explore past messages listen, you can visit our sermon archive.

Worship Through Prayer

Prayer is woven throughout our worship services as we come before God together.

During our gatherings we take time to pray in praise, thanksgiving, confession, and intercession. Prayer reminds us that we depend completely on the Lord and invites us to seek His guidance, help, and grace in every area of life.

What about my Kids?

At Eastgate, we believe church should be a place where kids have fun, build friendships, and learn about God every week. Our children’s ministry is designed to engage kids in a way that helps them understand the Bible and grow in their faith.

Your child’s safety is also one of our highest priorities. For that reason, we use a secure check-in process for all children. If it’s your first time visiting, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so we can help you get registered and show you where your child’s class meets.

Our children and student ministries are available during Connection Groups each Sunday at 9:30 AM, with classes for infants through 12th grade.
